Pressure Release Tool

Pressure Release Tool for use with pour spouts. 

This allows you to put the pour spout on a full bottle without having liquor spill out of the top.

Simply place the string into the bottle while you insert the pour spout. Once in place, use the handle to pull the pressure release tool back out
